asteroseismology with APOGEE?

Adrian Price-Whelan (Flatiron) and I discussed some of the results in our paper on binary companions in the APOGEE survey, because these results are launching points for many possible papers. We focused today on the stars with companions with too-short periods (like shorter than is physically possible); are these asteroseismic modes? Price-Whelan found TESS and ASASSN light curves for a few of them and they do look like they have large brightness variations at similar periods! So maybe we can do asteroseismology with SDSS-V! At the end of the day, Price-Whelan made me a notebook with a poster child example star for experiments.
